Considered as one the largest and most cost effective waste-to-energy facilities in the world, the 705 site in Pinellas County currently serves 24 cities by eliminating 0.77 tons of garbage per hour, and in the process generating up to 75 megawatts electricity.
The tour will be guided by the Site's manager with the support of Professor John Williams. All interested members must RSVP at spcengineering @ gmail.com due to space limitations.
